No return in the struggle for life, in a world where rulers blame their own, in order to ultimately try and climb the ladder. But in the end all bridges are burnt and they’ve set the world on fire, all for a personal gain.
lyrics
BURNING BRIDGES
–
Never turn back
Livelihoods of darkened fear
As the devil disguised
A whole world gone blind
E: Live of their fear
The wounds been torn
Never seen to be sown
E: From burning bridges
To set the whole world on fire
Blame for the arseling
Shoving down the lie
Taking down their property
E: Calling out the lie
Lost and murdered
Questioned? Never more
E: From burning bridges
To set the whole world on fire
E: With the holy turd you cross hearts
and fingers, break all the promises

Wow. I did not expect violin and cello from a crust band.
Wow. I did not expect crust from a band that has both a violinist and a cellist.

Aussie trio Burger Chef dish out a hearty helping of noise rock with a side of d-beat: messy, raw, and oh-so satisfying. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 20, 2022

The best release from Swordwielder so far. I really enjoy the unusual twists and lyrical connotations. No "Satan Buttsex Beer" but kinda philosophical-existentialism with the brute darkness of reality. A.W.
